Abstract(s)
A evolução da sociedade traz benefícios, mas também novos desafios, mais
complexos e multifacetados. A sociedade tem de seguir o mesmo rumo e ter a capacidade de
adaptar os sistemas de ensino às novas necessidades, fomentando o desenvolvimento das
capacidades e de novo conhecimento adequados às necessidades, dos profissionais do
amanhã.
O objetivo deste trabalho foi desenvolver o conteúdo programático e propor uma
estrutura curricular dedicada à unidade curricular de Logística Marítima Integrada, inserida
no curso de mestrado que se encontra em desenvolvimento no âmbito do projeto MarLEM.
Este mestrado surge da necessidade de combater o desalinhamento entre aptidões
desenvolvidas e competências requeridas, e abordar novas temáticas menos desenvolvidas
na oferta existente de cursos noutros estabelecimentos de ensino superior. Apesar desta
proposta de estrutura curricular e respetivo conteúdo programático ser visto como um
produto intangível ou serviço, o produto deste trabalho é desenvolvido como uma
metodologia de processo genérico de desenvolvimento de produtos. Este trabalho realiza
uma análise de coerência através de um questionário, dirigido a elementos que exercem
funções nos três “vértices” do triângulo do conhecimento.
Tudo culmina com uma proposta de ficha de unidade curricular baseada no
desenvolvimento do conteúdo programático e nos contributos derivados das respostas aos
questionários, contribuindo assim para o desenvolvimento do conhecimento e formação dos
profissionais do amanhã.
The evolution of society brings benefits, but also brings new, more complex and multifaceted challenges. Therefore, society must follow the same course and have the ability to adapt education systems to new needs, fostering the development of the skills and new knowledge appropriate to the needs of the professionals of tomorrow. The objective of this work was to develop the program contents and propose a curriculum structure for the integrated maritime logistics curricular unit, as part of the master's progam that is under development by the MarLEM EU project teams. This master's degree arises from the need to realignment between developed skills and required skills, and to address new themes less developed across the existing offer of programs in other higher education institutions. Although this proposal of curricular structure and its programmatic content is seen as an intangible product or service, the product of this work is developed by using a methodology for generic product development. This work concludes with an analysis of coherence assessed through an online questionnaire, aimed at elements that perform functions in the three "vertices" of the knowledge triangle. It all culminates with a proposal of a curricular unit form based on the development of programmatic content and contributions derived from the answers to the questionnaires, thus contributing to the development of knowledge and training of professionals of tomorrow.
