Numa era marcada pelo crescente consumo cultural das sociedades ocidentais, o indivíduo tende a procurar serviços que acrescentem valor à sua vida.
Com o aumento da importância do turismo para a economia nacional, a oferta torna-se mais competitiva e em resposta aos elevados padrões de consumo do turista atual, tende a diferenciar-se introduzindo inovações em grande parte de base tecnológica.
O plano de negócios que se apresenta tem como base a ideia da criação de uma empresa de visitas guiadas que pretende dar a conhecer a Vila de Cascais aos seus visitantes.
A FeelCascais destacar-se-á pelo seu conceito inovador e criativo que consiste na introdução de experiências e na utilização da Realidade Aumentada (RA) durante as visitas guiadas.
Considerando um investimento inicial de aproximadamente 8 mil euros, o projeto apresenta um VAL de 74.010 mil euros, uma TIR de 90,62% e um pay back period de 3 anos.
Estes critérios justificam a viabilidade económica e financeira do projeto.

With the growing importance of tourism in the national economy, available options become also more competitive. Allied with the contemporaneous tourist high consumption patterns, this competitiveness brings with it the priority of introducing technological innovations in the market. The business plan here presented is based on the idea of creating a guided tours company that intends to introduce the town of Cascais to its visitors. FeelCascais will stand out for its innovative and and creative concept consisting on the introduction of experiences and in the use of augmented reality (AR) in the guided tours.
