Abstract(s)
A adolescência enquanto período de transição para a idade adulta, oferece inúmeras
oportunidades de desenvolvimento, assim como riscos de perturbação do bem-estar. Assumindo a teoria das transições de Afaf Meleis como referencial teórico, determinou-se qual o papel do enfermeiro na saúde mental da adolescência em contexto escolar, através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Identificou-se a promoção da literacia em saúde mental através da intervenção psicoeducacional em contexto escolar, sendo o EEESMP o profissional mais
habilitado para tal. Após o planeamento, execução e avaliação de dois projetos de intervenção
psicoeducacional em adolescentes em contexto escolar (Foco na ansiedade no 11ºano; Foco nas
dependências sem substância no 8ºano) determinou-se através do registo de notas de campo o
incremento dos conhecimentos relacionados com a saúde mental por parte dos adolescentes.
