Assumindo a teoria das transições de Afaf Meleis como referencial teórico, determinou-se qual o papel do enfermeiro na saúde mental da adolescência em contexto escolar, através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. Identificou-se a promoção da literacia em saúde mental através da intervenção psicoeducacional em contexto escolar, sendo o EEESMP o profissional mais habilitado para tal. Após o planeamento, execução e avaliação de dois projetos de intervenção psicoeducacional em adolescentes em contexto escolar (Foco na ansiedade no 11ºano; Foco nas dependências sem substância no 8ºano) determinou-se através do registo de notas de campo o incremento dos conhecimentos relacionados com a saúde mental por parte dos adolescentes.
- The impact of ethical leadership, affective commitment, and national culture: an african perspectivePublication . Njanji, Jack; Antunes, Maria ArmandaThis investigation explores the influence of ethical leadership, affective commitment, and national culture from an African perspective. The study looks at how affective commitment and ethical leadership are related, as well as whether country culture may act as a moderator. To look at the relationships between factors, data was gathered through online questionnaires in African organizations. The results demonstrate a positive relationship between ethical leadership attributes and affective commitment, emphasizing the significance of traits like concern for sustainability, people-orientation, clear direction, integrity guidance, and power sharing. The study acknowledges potential cultural implications on how affective commitment and fairness relate to one another. The study's application highlights the value of ethical leadership in promoting employee loyalty and organizational effectiveness. To deepen our understanding of these links, future studies might focus on cultural dynamics and use longitudinal approaches. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of ethical leadership, affective commitment, and national culture within the African context, providing insights for organizations and leaders to enhance employee commitment and better leadership practices.
