To look at the relationships between factors, data was gathered through online questionnaires in African organizations. The study acknowledges potential cultural implications on how affective commitment and fairness relate to one another. The study's application highlights the value of ethical leadership in promoting employee loyalty and organizational effectiveness. To deepen our understanding of these links, future studies might focus on cultural dynamics and use longitudinal approaches.
