Este Trabalho explora as Tendências, os Estilos de Vida e o Teletrabalho: num caso de estudo do worklife balance dos colaboradores da empresa Vodafone. Com o avanço da tecnologia o teletrabalho tem se tornado uma tendência cada vez mais utilizada pelas empresas. Por isso o propósito deste trabalho é identificar os desafios e benefício associados ao teletrabalho. Neste contexto específico, para tal foi realizado uma metodologia qualitativa baseada em entrevistas semiestruturadas numa amostra por conveniência a doze funcionários da empresa de telecomunicações Vodafone. O objetivo foi recolher insight detalhados sobre as suas experiências na empresa relacionadas com o teletrabalho, procurando clarificar os pontos positivos e negativos das práticas adotadas. Após as entrevistas, servimo-nos de uma análise de conteúdo para compreender os resultados e retirar as principais ideias. Os resultados sugerem que os colaborados sentem que encontram um melhor equilíbrio em teletrabalho e que existe sempre algo a acrescentar a modalidade de trabalho.

With the advancement of technology, telework has become an increasingly utilized trend among companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the challenges and benefits associated with telework in this specific context. To achieve this, a qualitative methodology was employed based on semi-structured interviews with a convenience sample of twelve employees from the telecommunications company Vodafone. The objective was to gather detailed insights into their experiences with telework at the company, aiming to clarify the positive and negative aspects of the practices adopted. After the interviews, content analysis was used to understand the results and extract the main ideas. The results suggest that employees feel they achieve a better balance through telework and that there is always room for improvement in this work modality.
