Abstract(s)
O presente estudo visa examinar as oportunidades e desafios subjacentes à
implementação de um ambiente híbrido de aprendizagem no Sistema de Formação
Profissional da Marinha (SFPM), que se constitua como um paradigma de inovação
pedagógica e possibilite a adequação do processo de ensino-aprendizagem às crescentes
exigências da sociedade num contexto de transição digital. Com este desígnio em mente,
direcionou-se a revisão da literatura para o enquadramento dos conceitos de transição digital
e hibridização do ensino e formação, assim como para a descrição da génese e do atual
modelo de formação a distância na Marinha. Para além da análise documental, recorreu-se à
realização de entrevistas a gestores da formação das Direções de Formação/Instrução dos
três ramos das Forças Armadas, com o intuito de analisar o impacto da transição digital nos
respetivos modelos de formação profissional, bem como a profissionais da Direção-Geral da
Educação, com o intuito de melhor compreender, neste contexto, a relevância dos Ambientes
Inovadores de Aprendizagem. Finalmente, aplicou-se um questionário baseado no
DigCompEdu, da Comissão Europeia, visando aferir a literacia digital dos formadores do
SFPM. A partir dos dados recolhidos, foi possível propor um conjunto de medidas com vista
à otimização de um ambiente híbrido de aprendizagem no SFPM.
This research aims at examining the opportunities and challenges underlying the implementation of a hybrid learning environment in the Portuguese Navy’s Professional Training System (NPTS), which might constitute a paradigm of pedagogical innovation and enable the adjustment of the teaching-learning process to the growing demands of society in a context of digital transition. With this purpose in mind, the review of literature was directed towards framing the concepts of digital transition and hybridization of teaching and training, as well as describing the development of the current distance learning model in the Portuguese Navy. In addition to the documentary analysis, interviews with training managers from the Training Divisions of the three branches of the Armed Forces were conducted to analyze the impact of the digital transition on the respective professional training models, as well as with professionals from the General-Directorate of Education to better understand the relevance of Innovative Learning Environments in this context. Finally, a questionnaire based on the European Commission's DigCompEdu Check-In was applied, so as to assess the digital literacy of the NPTS instructors. From the data collected, it was possible to propose a set of measures aiming at optimizing a hybrid learning environment in the NPTS.
