Abstract(s)
This study was to identify the stress factors perceived by workers in temporary work agencies and identify which are the most relevant according to the perception of these workers. With the aim of demonstrating that workers in temporary work agencies are also exposed to stress factors, just like any other worker, twelve workers with different functions in temporary employment agencies were interviewed. Through these interviews, the workhome interface category was explored in depth, as well as how these workers experience occupational stress. The results of this study show that organizational culture, role in the organization, interpersonal relationships, work content, workload and pace, as well as the home-work interface, are potential sources of stress for at least one of the interviewees. It was also found that each of the interviewees is exposed to at least three stress-generating subcategories.
