Abstract(s)
As crianças e jovens são ainda muito afetadas pelos comportamentos das suas famílias,
figuras de referência ou figuras cuidadoras. Esta conduta afeta o desenvolvimento destas
crianças e jovens na integra.
Quando as satisfações das necessidades básicas dos indivíduos não são totalmente satisfeitas,
consequentemente colocando em causa o devido desenvolvimento a diferentes níveis são
aplicadas medidas. Em alguns casos, levando mesmo ao Acolhimento Residencial.
Todas as crianças ou jovens devem ver garantidos os seus direitos e cumprir os seus
deveres. As instituições, que são vistas por estas crianças e jovens como as suas casas, devem
assegurar a maioria desses direitos, e adaptar-se às necessidades de cada um. Para a formação
da sua identidade é importante que a instituição consiga manter os valores certos, ajustando os
recursos disponíveis às necessidades das crianças e jovens.
Este relatório fundamenta-se na análise relativa ao processo de desinstitucionalização e ao
processo de vinculação através da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas. A vinculação e a
autonomia são, assim, dois pontos que se interligam. A vinculação é crucial para o
desenvolvimento e bem-estar emocional, psicológico e físico das crianças e jovens. Assim
sendo, os papéis das figuras vinculativas desempenham o papel de apoio, estimulação e
orientação no sentido de preparar e promover o desenvolvimento, a responsabilização e a
autonomia.
Os profissionais que pertencem à casa têm um papel fundamental na vida dos indivíduos e na
orientação dos mesmos. Portanto um dos fatores que contribui para a qualidade do serviço
prestado numa instituição passa por possuir bons profissionais, flexíveis e predispostos à
dedicação perante as crianças e jovens.
Salienta-se que o projeto de intervenção tem como principal objetivo, por um lado,
promover relações afetivas seguras para estas crianças e jovens e, por outro lado, proporcionar
momentos em que se desenvolva as capacidades de cada um a fim de os preparar para a
autonomia.

From a very early age is necessary encourage children to leam, to reflect, in this sense, children developed much faster and in a much more productive way. Therefore, the roles of binding figures play the role of suppont, stimulation and guidance in order to prepare and promote development, aocountability and autonome. Here, professionals who belong to the house have a fundamental role in the lives of individuals and in their guidance. Therefore, one of the factors that contributes to the quality of the service provided in institution is to have good professionals, flexible and predisposed to dedication to children and young people. It should be noted that the intervention project has as its main objective, in the one hand, to promote safe affective relationships for these children and young people and, in the other hand, to provide moments in which the capacities of each one are developed in order to prepare them for the autonomy.
