Abstract(s)
Este projeto tem como tema “O Papel das Instituições de Ensino Superior na
Dinamização dos Ecossistemas Empreendedores” e como objetivo a contribuição para
elaboração de uma proposta de implantação de um Núcleo de Inovação Tecnológica na
Universidade Estadual de Roraima. O estudo em questão é caracterizado como uma
pesquisa descritiva qualitativa aplicada. Para recolha de dados foi elaborado um roteiro de
entrevista semiestruturada onde foi utilizado o método Delphi. De modo remoto, utilizando
uma plataforma de videoconferência on-line foram entrevistados seis especialistas da área
de inovação tecnológica de cinco Instituições de Ensino Superior no Brasil e em Portugal,
que contribuíram para realização de um diagnóstico comparativo de benchmarking de boas
práticas desses núcleos. Por meio da avaliação dos resultados foi possível identificar os
diferentes estágios de implantação e desenvolvimento dos núcleos de inovação tecnológica
das instituições analisadas, que confirmou que o Ecossistema Empreendedor do caso
português analisado já está bem consolidado, quando comparado aos Ecossistemas
Empreendedores brasileiros. Por fim, constatou-se a necessidade de adoção de algumas
medidas de promoção e incentivo do empreendedorismo e da inovação tecnológica por
parte das universidades públicas brasileiras, em especial pela UERR.
This project has as its theme "The Role of Higher Education Institutions in the Promotion of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems" and as its objective the contribution to the elaboration of a proposal for the implementation of a Technological Innovation Center at the State University of Roraima. The study in question is characterized as an applied qualitative descriptive research. For data collection, a semi-structured interview script was prepared using the Delphi method. Remotely, using an online videoconferencing platform, six experts in the field of technological innovation from five Higher Education Institutions in Brazil and Portugal were interviewed, who contributed to a comparative diagnosis of benchmarking of good practices in these centers. Through the evaluation of the results, it was possible to identify the different stages of implantation and development of the centers of technological innovation of the analyzed institutions, which confirmed that the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem of the Portuguese case analyzed is already well consolidated, when compared to the Brazilian Entrepreneurial Ecosystems. Finally, there was a need to adopt some measures to promote and encourage entrepreneurship and technological innovation by Brazilian public universities, especially by UERR.
