Abstract(s)
Este estudo surge no âmbito do Mestrado em Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho, referindo-se
a um estudo de caso numa organização de ensino, Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais
do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal.
Teve como objetivo analisar e caraterizar as condições laborais e a existência de exposição
a riscos psicossociais nos docentes, de forma a perceber como estes percecionam o seu
contexto laboral e sua envolvente, e como estes influenciam a sua segurança e saúde laboral.
A temática dos riscos psicossociais, permite avaliar a existência de fatores desencadeantes
existentes no “desenho” e procedimentos laborais.
De modo a ser efetuado o levantamento dos dados, foram utilizadas as metodologias de
pesquisa documental e entrevista semiestruturada. Através destas foi possível analisar
fatores, em termos gerais, permitindo efetuar a ligação a potenciais fontes geradoras.
Os resultados obtidos permitem concluir que a profissão de docentes, devido à sua
complexidade e multiplicidade de tarefas, estão constantemente exposta a fatores potenciais
causadores de riscos psicossociais.
This study comes within the scope of the master's degree in Safety and Hygiene at Work, referring to a case study in a educating organization, Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais of the Instituto Politécnico of Setúbal. It aimed to analyse and characterize the working conditions and the existence of exposure to psychosocial risks in teachers, to understand how they perceive their work context and their surroundings, and how these influence their safety and occupational health. The theme of psychosocial risks allows to evaluate the existence of existing triggering factors in the design and work procedures. To collect the data, the methodologies of documentary research and semi-structured interviews were used. Through these it was possible to analysed factors, in general terms, allowing to make the connection to potential generating sources. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the teaching profession, due to its complexity and multiplicity of tasks, are constantly exposed to potential factors that cause psychosocial risks.
