Este trabalho aplica o conceito de ecoeficiência, analisando a relação entre o grau de satisfação dos residentes e os efeitos ambientais do uso de recursos. Foram avaliados, na
Residência de Estudantes de Santiago, consumos de energia, água e emissões de CO per capita, posteriormente realizou-se um inquérito baseado no Modelo de Kano, que identificou atributos críticos da satisfação, como internet estável, conforto térmico e custo acessível. Os resultados foram traduzidos em objetivos de desempenho e propostas de melhoria, fundamentadas em princípios de ecodesign e monitorização, promovendo simultaneamente a redução de impactos ambientais, aumento do conforto e responsabilidade ambiental.
This work applies the concept of eco-efficiency, analyzing the relationship between residents' satisfaction levels and the environmental effects of resource use. At the Santiago Student Residence, energy and water consumption and per capita CO emissions were assessed, followed by a survey based on the Kano Model, which identified critical satisfaction attributes such as stable internet, thermal comfort, and affordable cost. The results were translated into performance objectives and improvement proposals, grounded in principles of ecodesign and monitoring, simultaneously promoting the reduction of environmental impacts, increased comfort, and environmental responsibility.
