Para aprender a conviver com a mais nova situação de ordem mundial, a pandemia do Covid 19, muitas ações fizeram-se necessárias para o enfrentamento do desafio de ensinar e
aprender de forma remota. Assim, este estudo procurou contribuir através de uma pesquisa
acerca das estratégias reinventadas e desenvolvidas pelos professores na escola virtual
durante o isolamento social provocado pela pandemia, assim como os desafios enfrentados
pelos mesmos e o papel da gestão escolar diante da problemática em questão. A presente
pesquisa teve como objetivo geral investigar acerca das estratégias utilizadas pelos
professores da Escola Estadual Camilo Dias no processo de reinvenção por ocasião da
pandemia. E como objetivos específicos, identificar as ações da atuação docente dos
professores da Escola por ocasião da implantação do ensino remoto; analisar as dificuldades
enfrentadas pelos gestores escolares e pelos professores no trabalho remoto; averiguar quais
dificuldades encontradas pelos professores no trabalho com as novas tecnologias. A
metodologia aplicada no estudo foi mista com componentes quantitativas e qualitativas. Para
a recolha de dados aplicaram-se questionários a professores e gestores da Escola Estadual
Professor Camilo Dias. Após análise da recolha de dados comprovou-se que os professores
utilizaram estratégias com base nas tecnologias digitais para tornar o ensino e a
aprendizagem possível já que o contexto favoreceu para o uso das mesmas. Foi possível
perceber o papel do gestor escolar no fortalecimento das ações e estratégias trabalhadas
pelos professores na escola. Conclui-se que os professores utilizaram estratégias de
utilização das ferramentas digitais, ao mesmo tempo tiveram que reinventar um cenário no
próprio domicílio transformando espaços em salas de aula virtuais. Os resultados da pesquisa
demonstraram que houve sintonia entre o enquadramento teórico e os dados recolhidos
revelando que as dificuldades estão postas para que todos saibam ou aprendam a conviver
com o fenômeno da pandemia, e o reinventar do professor seja um legado fonte de muitas
estudos e pesquisas na era inimaginável enfrentada por todo o mundo agora e no futuro
In order to learn to live with the newest world order situation, the Covid-19 pandemic, many actions were necessary to face the challenge of teaching and learning remotely. Thus, this study sought to contribute through a research on the strategies reinvented and developed by teachers in the virtual school during the social isolation caused by the pandemic, as well as the challenges faced by them and the role of school management in the face of the problem in question. The present research had as general objective to investigate the strategies used by the teachers of the Camilo Dias State School in the reinvention process on the occasion of the pandemic. And as specific objectives, to identify the actions of the teaching performance of the School's teachers on the occasion of the implementation of remote teaching; analyze the difficulties faced by school managers and teachers in remote work; to find out what difficulties found by teachers in working with new technologies. The methodology applied in the study was mixed with quantitative and qualitative components. As a technique for field research, questionnaires were used to collect data for teachers and managers of the State School Professor Camilo Dias. After analyzing the data collection, it was found that the teachers used strategies including digital technologies among them to make teaching and learning possible since the context favored their use. It was possible to perceive the role of the school manager in strengthening the actions and strategies worked by teachers at school. It is concluded that teachers used digital tools as strategies, at the same time they had to reinvent a scenario at home, transforming spaces into virtual classrooms. The research results showed that there was harmony between the theoretical framework revealing that the difficulties are posed for everyone to know or learn to live with the phenomenon of the pandemic, and the reinvention of the teacher is a legacy source of many studies and research in the unimaginable era faced around the world now and in the future.
