O presente Plano de Negócios pretende aferir a viabilidade da abertura
de um Hotel Rural de 4 estrelas, na Albufeira de Castelo de Bode, contribuindo
assim para o aumento e diversificação da oferta existente neste espaço e no
Concelho de Tomar.
Este projeto pretende aumentar a resposta, no segmento de 4 estrelas,
bem como contribuir para a promoção do turismo de natureza e para a
dinamização da Albufeira de Castelo de Bode, aliando a modernidade e
sustentabilidade, à cultura e património da região templária de Tomar. Esta
unidade irá ser criada de raiz construindo para isso uma nova estrutura numa
Zona Turística de Interesse Prioritário.
Numa primeira parte deste trabalho irão ser analisadas vários artigos
sobre o que é vantagem competitiva e como a localização poderá ser para os
projetos hoteleiros uma vantagem competitiva. Numa segunda parte será
apresentada a metodologia utilizada para a realização deste trabalho projeto e
por último será desenvolvido todo o projeto para a construção de uma unidade
hoteleira de 4 estrelas em Tomar, bem como as principais conclusões e
limitações.
This Business Plan intends to evaluate the viability of opening a 4-star Rural Hotel in Castelo de Bode Reservoir, this unit will contribute to the increase and diversification of the existing offer in this space and in the City of Tomar. This project aims to increase the response, namely in the luxury segment, as well as to contribute to the promotion of nature tourism and be a boost the Castelo de Bode Reservoir, combining modernity and sustainability, with the culture and heritage of the Templar region of Tomar. This unit will be buit from scratch in a Tourist Area of Priority Interest. In the first part of this work, several articles will be analyzed on what is a competitive advantage and how location can be a competitive advantage for hotel projects. In a second part, the methodology used to carry out this project work will be presented and, finally, the entire project for the construction of a 4-star hotel in Tomar, as well as the main conclusions and limitations, will be developed.
