Após a apresentação do enquadramento histórico das Medidas Privativas
da Liberdade e do enquadramento legal do Plano Individual de Readaptação em
Portugal, analisa-se a aplicação do Plano Individual de Readaptação e o papel
central que desempenha na reeducação e reinserção social dos reclusos.
São apresentados dados estatísticos e a análise daí retirada, concluindo se este estudo com uma sistematização do que se faz e do que falta fazer para
uma aplicação eficaz e eficiente deste plano.
Following the presentation of the historical framework of the Private Measures of Freedom and the legal framework of the Individual Readaptation Plan in Portugal, the application of the Individual Readaptation Plan and its main role in the rehabilitation and social reintegration of prisoners are analyzed. Statistical data will be introduced and the respective analysis drawn from it, concluding this study with a systematization of what is done and what remains to be done for the effective and efficient implementation of this plan.
