O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em associação, na área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica – A Pessoa em Situação Critica, lecionado no Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre. Este tem o intuito de demonstrar a reflexão realizada sobre o desenvolvimento das competências comuns, especificas e de mestre realizada ao longo do percurso.
Foi elaborado um projeto de intervenção em serviço durante o período de estágio com o objetivo de promover a segurança e a qualidade dos cuidados de enfermagem na abordagem à Pessoa com Dor Torácica no Serviço de Urgência, recorrendo à metodologia de projeto.
O desenvolvimento do projeto de intervenção em serviço foi sustentado pela Teoria da Sabedoria Clínica em Cuidados de Saúde Agudos e Críticos, que promove o desenvolvimento de competências relacionadas coma aquisição do espírito critico, tomada de decisão suportada nas mais recente evidência, gestão, liderança e trabalho em equipa, princípios fundamentais na prestação de cuidados de excelência.
Finaliza-se com a reflexão e análise crítica da aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências comuns específicas do enfermeiro especialista em Enfermagem médico-Cirúrgica – Pessoa em Situação Crítica e das competências de mestre em enfermagem.
This report was prepared as part of the completion of the Master's degree in association, in the área of Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing – The Person in Critical Situation, taught at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre. This aims to demonstrate the reflection carried out on the development of common, specific and master skills carried out along the way. An in-service intervention project was developed during the internship period with the aim of promoting safety and quality of nursing care when approaching Persons with Chest Pain in the EmergencyDepartment, using project methodology. The development of the in-service intervention project was supported by the Theory of Clinical Wisdom in Acute and Critical Health Care, which promotes the development of skills related to the acquisition of critical thinking, decision making supported by the most recent evidence, management, leadership and work in team, fundamental principles in providing excellent care. It ends with reflection and critical analysis of the acquisition and development of common and specific skills of the nurse specialist in medical-surgical nursing – Person in Critical Situation and the skills of a master's degree in nursing
