Abstract(s)
A presente investigação teve como objectivo, estudar quais as práticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos que as Organizações Sem Fins Lucrativos desenvolvem para gerir os seus trabalhadores voluntários. A metodologia utilizada, para o seu desenvolvimento, foi um estudo multi-caso em duas OSFL, localizadas em dois países distintos – Portugal e Espanha –, mas pertencentes à mesma rede organizacional a nível mundial. Deste modo, foram utilizadas técnicas de recolha de informação como, a entrevista a dois membros de cada organização, conhecedores e/ou responsáveis de todo o processo de entrada e permanência dos voluntários, a análise de conteúdo e a análise documental.
Os resultados obtidos, deste estudo revelam que, embora as duas organizações pertençam a mesma rede a nível internacional, e se encontrem estruturadas de forma similar, o que as distingue é a forma diferente de gerir os voluntários e de aplicar a GRH, o que se verificou ao longo deste estudo.
