Esta investigação tem como objetivo perceber qual o grau de conhecimento dos utentes de um
hospital privado, neste caso o Hospital CUF Descobertas, sobre as suas ações e campanhas de
Intraempreendedorismo e Responsabilidade Social e, qual o impacto que estas ações têm no
momento da escolha dos utentes sobre qual o hospital a frequentar.
A análise é realizada a partir do contexto de um hospital privado, com o objetivo de contribuir
para uma análise mais aprofundada do conhecimento científico sobre empreendedorismo
social e responsabilidade social.
Para o efeito, foi realizado um estudo de caso, através de um questionário aos utentes do
hospital selecionado para o efeito, o Hospital CUF Descobertas, que irá permitir (i) perceber
se a estratégia de RS é percebida pelos utentes; (ii) perceber a importância para os utentes de
estratégias de Responsabilidade Social numa instituição hospitalar; (iii) compreender se as
campanhas de Responsabilidade Social têm influência no momento de escolha de um
hospital, por parte dos utentes; (iv) identificar se existe maior probabilidade dos utentes do
Hospital CUF Descobertas de recomendarem o hospital a outros, tendo em conta o
conhecimento das ações de RS desenvolvidas pelo hospital; e (v) identificar o nível de
participação dos utentes do Hospital CUF Descobertas em ações de SS em várias áreas.
Por fim, concluímos que é insuficiente o conhecimento dos utentes sobre as ações e
campanhas de Intraempreendedorismo Social e de Responsabilidade Social desenvolvidas
pela empresa não tendo estas ações qualquer impacto no momento da escolha do hospital a
frequentar; que estas ações são importantes para a reputação da instituição aumentando assim
a probabilidade de recomendação e que as participações dos utentes em ações de
Solidariedade Social na empresa são pouco habituais.
This research aims to understand the degree of knowledge of the users of a private hospital, in this case the CUF Hospital Descobertas, on its intrapreneurship actions and social responsibility campaigns and what impact these actions have upon the choice of users on which hospital to attend. The analysis is performed from the context of a private hospital, in order to contribute to further analysis of scientific knowledge about social entrepreneurship and social responsibility. To this end, a case study was conducted through a questionnaire to users of the selected hospital for this purpose, the CUF Hospital Descobertas, which will enable (i) realize the RS strategy is perceived by users; (ii) realize the importance to users of social responsibility strategies in a hospital; (iii) understand that the social responsibility campaigns have influence at the time of choosing a hospital, by the users; (iv) identify whether there is greater likelihood of users of the CUF Hospital Discovery recommend the hospital to others, taking into account the knowledge of the RS actions developed by the hospital; and (v) identify the level of participation of users of the CUF Hospital Descobertas in Social Solidarity actions in various areas. Finally, we conclude that there is an insufficient knowledge of the users regarding the actions and campaigns of Social Intrapreneurship and Social Responsibility developed by the company, not having these actions any impact at the time of choosing the hospital to attend; that these actions are important for the reputation of the institution, increasing the likelihood of recommendation; and that the participation of users in social solidarity actions in the company are unusual.
