Abstract(s)
Destarte, a investigação pressupõe
perfil criminal do putativo agressor.
Currently, with the abysmal dimension that it has come to represent, the crime of domestic violence is considered a scourge that has been reflected in several homicides every year. As such, it becomes necessary to create prevention strategies in the context of domestic violence, so that it is possible to anticipate the necessary measures to prevent it from happening. In this sense, the present investigation investigated the opinion of psychologists and jurists on the usefulness of applying a composite measure of homicide risk assessment in the context of domestic violence for the coordination of psychological indicators of the putative aggressor with the statistical indicators in force. Thus, the investigation chose to carry out semi-directive interviews with psychologists from the security forces and jurists, selected according to admission criteria, to understand the method that is necessary to articulate, with the already implemented assessment of the risk of domestic violence, the criminal profile of the alleged perpetrator. In this sense, the analysis of the content carried out in the interviews showed that it is important to collect psychological data in the domestic violence risk assessment form. Thus, the results suggest that psychologists than jurists agree with the need for behavioral and personality indicators, although they assess the necessary improvement of the measure to the context and the evaluator.
