É objeto deste trabalho, o desenvolvimento do tema “Instalação, Condução e Manutenção
de sistemas técnicos de AVAC e Solar Térmico”, no âmbito do plano de estudo do curso de
Mestrado em Engenharia e Gestão de Energia na Indústria e em Edifícios, unidade curricular
Projeto em Engenharia e Gestão de Energia. Os principais objetivos, consistem na descrição
detalhada de variáveis a levar em consideração no âmbito do desenvolvimento (projeto e
execução) de sistemas técnicos de AVAC e Solar Térmico. Bem como formas de execução de
trabalhos de Manutenção Preventiva e estratégias de Condução com vista à melhoria no
desempenho.
Faz parte do desenvolvimento, um caso de estudo realizado no edifício do Centro
Hospitalar Barreiro Montijo, onde é feito uma abordagem prática aos trabalhos de instalação,
condução e manutenção de sistemas de AVAC e Solar Térmico.
Com o desenvolvimento deste trabalho, conclui-se que atualmente, a
execução de processos de Instalação de sistemas de AVAC e Solar Térmico em grandes
edifícios de serviços, requer o cumprimento de regulamentação vigente, principalmente no que
concerne à eficiência energética. As atividades de manutenção preventiva, são fundamentais
quando se pretende efetivar a eficácia no funcionamento de sistemas técnicos. O processo de
condução que comporta a atividade de monitorização por integração de sistemas técnicos,
consiste em parametrização de sistemas que fornecem dados que permitem estudar e
melhorar a eficiência dos mesmos.
The object of this work is the development of the theme “Installation, Driving and Maintenance of technical HVAC and Solar Thermal systems”, within the scope of the study plan of the master’s course in Energy Engineering and Management in Industry and Buildings, curricular unit Project in Energy Engineering and Management. The main objectives consist of the detailed description of variables to be taken into consideration in the development (design and execution) of technical HVAC and Solar Thermal systems. As well as ways of carrying out Preventative Maintenance work and Driving strategies with a view to improving performance. Part of the development is a case study carried out in the Centro Hospitalar Barreiro Montijo building, where a practical approach is taken to the installation, conduction and maintenance of HVAC and Solar Thermal systems. With the development of this work, it is concluded that currently, the execution of HVAC and Solar Thermal systems installation processes in large service buildings requires compliance with current regulations, mainly about energy efficiency. Preventative maintenance activities are essential when you want to ensure the effectiveness of the functioning of technical systems. The conduction process that involves the monitoring activity through the integration of technical systems, consists of parameterizing systems that provide data that allow studying and improving their efficiency.
