Abstract(s)
Este relatório final dá conta da investigação realizada em torno de um tema que
considerei pertinente aprofundar: A Relação com a Família na Creche e no Jardim-de-
Infância. Tem como objetivo compreender como as equipas pedagógicas se
relacionam com as famílias, o que fazem para promover essa relação e que
importância lhe atribuem.
Este projeto descreve as experiências que vivi durante os dois estágios que frequentei,
os contextos educativos, as equipas com quem trabalhei e os grupos de crianças
pertencentes a esses contextos. Os contextos onde estagiei foram distintos, sendo eles
a creche e o jardim-de-infância.
Integra também a descrição e a reflexão das práticas das educadoras cooperantes. Esta
descrição e reflexão advém das observações que realizei nos contextos e da
interpretação das conceções das educadoras recolhidas a partir de um inquérito por
questionário.
A metodologia utilizada para a realização deste projeto é de natureza qualitativa,
inspirada na investigação-ação, e seguindo o ponto de vista do paradigma
interpretativo e da investigação qualitativa. Para tal foram utilizados vários
dispositivos de recolha de informação que se encontram discriminados neste relatório,
tais como a observação participante, notas de campo, registos multimédia, análise
documental e o já referido inquérito por questionário.
As principais conclusões a que cheguei, findo este relatório, centram-se na real
importância de promover a relação entre os contextos de creche e jardim-de-infância e
as famílias, a importância do trabalho reflexivo na análise das várias situaçõesproblema
que podem surgir entre os contextos educativos e as famílias. Também foi
possível compreender que existem diversas estratégias para promover esta relação, as
quais têm de ser adaptadas aos diferentes contextos, famílias e situações.
This is the final report of a research conducted focus on a theme that I considered relevant for me to deepen: The relationship with the family in the nursery school and kindergarten. The main goal is to understand how educational teams relate with the families, what they do to promote that relationship and which importance they assign to it. The project describes the experiences I lived during my two internships, the educational contexts, the educational teams with whom I worked, and the children that were in those educational contexts. My internship took place in two different contexts which were the nursery school and the kindergarten. It also integrates a description and a reflection of the cooperating nursery school and kindergarten teacher’s practices. This description and reflection came from my observations that took place in the educations contexts, and the interpretation of the teachers views which were collected through a questionnaire survey. The methodology used in this project is a qualitative one, inspired in research-action and following the interpretive paradigm and the qualitative research. For this purpose were used several ways of gathering information which are discriminated in this report, such as participant observation, field notes, multimedia resources, documental analysis and the already referred questionnaire survey. In the end, the main conclusions I reached, focus in the real importance of promoting a relationship between the nursery school and kindergarten contexts and the families, the importance of the reflective work behind the analysis of several problemsituations that may occur among the educational contexts and the families. It was also possible to understand the existence of many strategies to promote this relationship, which have to be adapted to the different contexts, families and situations.
