Abstract(s)
A Eficiência Energética nos edifícios surge com o intuito de baixar o consumo de
energia nos edifícios, sem baixar o padrão de conforto térmico e a qualidade de vida dos
ocupantes. Este conceito segue-se acompanhado do objetivo macro que é o da
descarbonização do planeta e da prevenção de ecossistema, que há décadas vem sofrendo
com a poluição e a destruição da camada de ozono por emissão de gases de efeito de
estufa. O interesse pelo resultado da boa prática da eficiência energética levou à criação
do objetivo deste trabalho que é de elaborar um estudo de caso sobre a eficiência
energética no condomínio Tagus Bay em Alcochete – Setúbal. Este estudo consiste em
fazer a simulação energética no software Design Builder e realizar as inspeções aos
sistemas técnicos dos serviços comuns, incluindo a iluminação e o aquecimento das
piscinas com vista a identificar pontos de melhorias da otimização do consumo de energia
que podem proporcionar resultados positivos na redução da faturação e da taxa de
emissões de 𝐶𝑂2. Como resultado, foram identificados pontos que poderão auxiliar na
redução de consumo de energia, como o sistema de aquecimento existente do Bloco D,
que está sobredimensionado com uma potência total de 129,6 kW, enquanto que o
resultado da simulação aponta para 59,94 kW como necessidade de potência de
aquecimento. Também no estudo luminotécnico realizado no software Dialux evo foi
verificado que existe a possibilidade de redução do consumo de energia associado à
iluminação do parque no Piso -1, com a possibilidade de poupança de energia anual de
5 661,15 kWh e uma poupança monetária anual de aproximadamente 1 069,45 €, com um
período de retorno simples de 4,7 anos. De salientar que esta medida de melhoria
resultaria na redução de 2 038,01 kg de emissões de 𝐶𝑂2 por ano. Sobre a situação
energética das piscinas aquecidas no exterior, após análise chegou-se à conclusão que não
seria viável desligar as piscinas diariamente pelo que a poupança com esse procedimento
não se justifica.
The Energy Efficiency in buildings arises with the aim of lowering energy consumption in buildings without lowering the standard of thermal comfort and quality of life for occupants and this concept continues to be accompanied by the macro-objective of decarbonizing the planet and preventing the ecosystem, which for decades has been suffering from pollution and destruction of the ozone layer due to greenhouse gas emissions. The interest in the results of good energy efficiency practice led to the creation of the objective of this work, which is to develop a case study on energy efficiency in the Tagus Bay condominium in Alcochete – Setúbal, carrying out the energy simulation in the Design Builder software and carrying out the inspections of the technical systems of common services, including lighting and swimming pool heating to identify points for improvement in optimizing energy consumption that can provide positive results in reducing billing and reducing of the 𝐶𝑂2 emission rate. As a result, points were identified that could help reduce energy consumption, which is the existing heating system of Block D, which is oversized with a total power of 129.6 kW, while the simulation result points to 59.94 kW as need for heating power. Also, in the lighting technical study carried out using the Dialux evo software, it was verified that there is a possibility of reducing energy consumption associated with lighting the park on Floor -1, with the possibility of annual energy savings of 5,661.15 kWh and an annual monetary saving of approximately €1,069.45, with payback of 4.7 years. It should be noted that this improvement measure would avoid 2,038.01 kg of 𝐶𝑂2 emissions per year. Regarding the energy situation of outdoor heated pools, after analysis, it was concluded that it would not be viable to turn off the pools daily, meaning that the savings from this procedure are not justified.
