Acompanhamento e análise de obras municipais na Câmara Municipal do Barreiro

| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório tem por objetivo condensar as atividades realizadas no período de desenvolvimento do Estágio Curricular, no âmbito da disciplina de dissertação/projeto/ estágio, para obtenção do título de Mestre, no seguimento da conclusão do Mestrado em Conservação e Reabilitação do Edificado. O estágio decorreu na Divisão de Obras Municipais, Estudos e Empreitadas (DOMEE), na Câmara Municipal do Barreiro. As atividades realizadas foram no âmbito do acompanhamento da equipa de fiscalização, de forma a compreender as atividades desenvolvidas, nomeadamente o desempenho da função da fiscalização de obras públicas e o seu papel dentro da construção civil. Deste modo, destacaram-se o acompanhamento das obras do: Moinho Grande de Alburrica, este, que está a ser completamente reconstruído, tratava-se de uma construção em ruínas, sendo mais um dos moinhos de maré existentes na margem sul; a antiga Casa do Guarda-Mor localizada na Mata Nacional da Machada, construção que foi reconvertida para uso como alojamento temporário; inspeção no Parque da Cidade, onde foi efetuada a vistoria ao edifício Augusto Cabrita e a análise de melhorias no parque; Startup-Barreiro, tratando-se da reabilitação de uma antiga refinaria de azeite transformada em uma incubadora de empresas; Escola Base de Santo António, projeto de reabilitação das instalações sanitárias; Urbanização Sete Portais, Inspeção e levantamento fotográfico dos muros de acesso e Polidesportivo de Palhais, construção de dois campos desportivos, entre muitas outras. No decurso da realização das atividades sempre houve o acompanhamento constante da equipa que integra a (DOMEE – Divisão de Obras Municipais, Estudos e Empreitadas), para assim a estagiária obter a compreensão e aprendizagem das atividades ali desempenhadas tanto em trabalho de campo, quanto burocrático. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report aims to condense the activities performed during the development period of the Curricular Internship, within the scope of the dissertation/project/internship subject, in order to obtain the title of Master, following the completion of the Master's degree in Conservation and Rehabilitation of Buildings. The internship took place at the Municipal Works, Studies, and Construction Division (DOMEE), at the City Hall of Barreiro. The activities carried out were within the monitoring of the inspection team, in order to understand the activities developed, including the performance of the function of the inspection of public works and its role within the construction industry. Thus, we highlight the monitoring of the works of: Moinho Grande de Alburrica, this, is being completely rebuilt, it was a construction in ruins, being one more of the existing tide mills on the south bank; the former House of the Chief Guard located in the National Forest of Machada, construction that was reconverted for use as temporary accommodation; inspection in the City Park, where the inspection of the Augusto Cabrita building was carried out and the analysis of improvements in the park; Startup-Barreiro, which is the rehabilitation of a former olive oil refinery transformed into a business incubator; Santo António Base School, rehabilitation project of the sanitary facilities; Sete Portais Urbanization, inspection and photographic survey of the access walls and Polidesportivo de Palhais, construction of two sports fields, among many others. During the course of carrying out the activities there was always the constant monitoring of the team that integrates the (DOMEE - Division of Municipal Works, Studies, and Contracts), so that the trainee could understand and learn the activities performed there both in field work and bureaucratic work. | pt_PT |
