Introdução: Relatório de Estágio elaborado para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Enfermagem e Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
Objetivo: Analisar criticamente as intervenções desenvolvidas no percurso académico e Estágio Final do Mestrado em Enfermagem, Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-cirúrgica: Pessoa em Situação Crítica, num Serviço de Urgência Médico-Cirúrgica, para aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências do enfermeiro Especialista e Mestre em Enfermagem.
Método: Projeto de Intervenção sob Metodologia de Projeto; artigo Revisão de Escopo sob metodologia Joanna Briggs Institute e Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses; Análise crítica das principais intervenções para aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências, baseadas no Modelo Teórico de June-Larrabee, regulamentos da profissão e evidência científica.
Resultados: Enquadramento concetual sobre Modelo Teórico de June-Larrabee, Qualidade e Segurança dos cuidados de enfermagem e Capnografia; Projeto de Intervenção com uniformização de procedimento e plano de formação sobre Capnografia; artigo Revisão de Escopo sobre importância da Capnografia; Análise crítica das principais intervenções desenvolvidas para aquisição das competências.
Conclusão: As intervenções desenvolvidas permitiram aquisição e desenvolvimento das competências
Introduction: Internship report prepared to obtain the Master's degree in Nursing and Specialisation in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Nursing the Critically Ill Person. Objective: Critically analyse the interventions developed during the academic course and Final Internship of the Master's Degree in Nursing, Specialisation in Medical-Surgical Nursing: Critically Ill Person, in a Medical-Surgical Emergency Service, for the acquisition and development of the competences of the Specialist Nurse and Master's Degree in Nursing. Method: Intervention Project under Project Methodology; Scoping Review article under Joanna Briggs Institute methodology and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses; Critical analysis of the main interventions for acquiring and developing competences, based on the June-Larrabee Theoretical Model, professional regulations and scientific evidence. Results: Conceptual framework on the June-Larrabee Theoretical Model, Quality and Safety of nursing care and Capnography; Intervention Project with standardised procedures and training plan on Capnography; Scoping Review article on the importance of Capnography; Critical analysis of the main interventions developed to acquire competences. Conclusion: The interventions developed enabled the acquisition and development of competences
