Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo desenvolver e implementar uma
estratégia focada em melhorar a felicidade e o bem-estar dos colaboradores da Coimbra
Business School ISCAC.
Com a concretização deste objetivo pretende-se alcançar uma melhoria do clima
organizacional e o reforço da marca institucional, uma vez que um programa bemsucedido
de felicidade corporativa tende a melhorar a reputação da instituição tanto
interna como externamente, fazendo com que esta seja vista como um lugar desejável
para trabalhar e estudar e por último a diferenciação no setor, permitindo destacar a
instituição como pioneira na promoção de felicidade corporativa.
Deste modo, depois de uma aprofundada revisão bibliográfica, no sentido de,
posteriormente, se estabelecerem conexões com a realidade encontrada, procedeu-se à
avaliação da felicidade e bem-estar dos trabalhadores docentes e não docentes. Esta
avaliação permitiu identificar os fatores que mais e menos contribuem para a felicidade
no trabalho; identificar as ideias/conceitos mais frequentemente associados à noção de
felicidade e bem-estar no trabalho; identificar propostas/sugestões de iniciativas, dos
funcionários docentes e não docentes, indo ao encontro das especificidades de ambas as
carreiras, de forma a potencialmente aumentar a sua felicidade no trabalho.
Finalmente, desenvolveu-se um programa, com o intuito de promover o bem-estar e a
felicidade e incentivar a participação ativa dos colaboradores.
The main objective of this study was to develop and implement a strategy focused on improving the happiness and well-being of Coimbra Business School ISCAC employees. The aim is to improve the organizational climate and strengthen the institutional brand, since a successful corporate happiness program tends to improve the institution's reputation both internally and externally, making it seen as a desirable place to work and study and, finally, to differentiate itself in the sector, allowing the institution to stand out as a pioneer in promoting corporate happiness. So, after an in-depth literature review, in order to subsequently establish connections with the reality found, we proceeded to evaluate the happiness and well-being of teaching and non-teaching staff. This assessment made it possible to identify the factors that contribute most and least to happiness at work; to identify the ideas/concepts most frequently associated with the notion of happiness and well-being at work; and to identify proposals/suggestions for initiatives by teaching and non-teaching staff to meet the specific needs of both careers in order to potentially increase their happiness at work. Finally, a program was developed to promote well-being and happiness and encourage active employee participation.
