| dc.description.abstract | Nos dias de hoje verificam-se regularmente agressões a agentes da autoridade, o que nos remete para a questão da capacidade dos mesmos agentes atuarem no âmbito da defesa pessoal, ou seja, sem recurso a armamento. Assim sendo, a formação inicial e contínua dos militares da GNR em defesa pessoal tem uma importância relevante no que respeita à atuação neste âmbito. Como objetivo principal deste trabalho, procurou-se verificar qual é a influência da referida formação na perceção de autoconfiança dos militares da Guarda. Por forma a cumprir o objetivo estabelecido, adotou-se o método hipotético-dedutivo, no qual se elaboram previamente hipóteses como forma de resposta, de seguida elaborou-se uma revisão da literatura de maneira a esclarecer os conceitos que são mais utilizados no trabalho. Como trabalho de campo, foi elaborado um questionário, o qual foi submetido a militares do Grupo de Intervenção de Operações Especiais e do Comando Territorial de Lisboa como forma de comparar a perceção de autoconfiança no que concerne à possibilidade de atuar no âmbito da defesa pessoal bem como a regularidade com que têm formação nesta área. Ainda foram entrevistadas duas entidades com competência na formação em defesa pessoal, para que com a informação obtida se complementasse os dados obtidos com o questionário. Conclui-se que os militares da 1ª Companhia de Operações Especiais, se sentem mais confiantes no que respeita à possibilidade de terem de atuar no âmbito da defesa pessoal e que têm mais formação contínua em defesa pessoal do que os militares do Destacamento Territorial de Sintra. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, it’s common to occur regularly attacks on law enforcement officers, which brings us to the issue of the agent’s acting capacity within the self-defense, that is, without the resource of weapons. Therefore, the initial and continuous formation of GNR's officers about self-defense has a great importance for the activities in this area. The main objective of this work is to find what is the influence of such formation in the self-confidence of the officers of the GNR. In order to meet the goal established, it was adopted the hypothetical-deductive method, in which it is previously elaborated hypotheses as a way to answer. Then, a literature review was elaborated in order to clarify the concepts that are most used in this work. A questionnaire was also elaborated, which was submitted to elements of the Special Operations Intervention Group and of the Territorial Command of Lisbon in order to compare the perception of self-confidence regarding the possibility of acting within the area of self-defense as well as the regularity with which they have training in this area. Two entities with expertise in training in self-defense were also they were interviewed so that with the information obtained would complement the data obtained from the questionnaire. It concludes that the military of the 1st Special Operations Company, feel more confident with regard to the possibility of having to act within the area of self-defense and have more training in self-defense than the elements of the Territorial Detachment of Sintra. | pt_PT |
