Abstract(s)
O presente relatório surge de um conjunto de tarefas desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio
curricular que realizei, no âmbito da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão de Recursos
Humanos. O alegado estágio desenvolveu-se na everis Centers Lisboa, no departamento de
people.
O relatório apresenta um enquadramento teórico alinhado com às atividades desenvolvidas
ao longo do estágio. Os principais tópicos abordados foram o recrutamento, seleção,
otimização dos processos e por fim a motivação dos colaboradores. Após o
desenvolvimento destes tópicos descrevo todas as tarefas realizadas no estágio de forma
pormenorizada.
Em último, o referente relatório apresenta um balanço crítico das atividades desenvolvidas
em concordância com a revisão de literatura.
This report derives of a set tasks developed during my curriculum internship, as an integral part in obtaining a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. The internship took place at Everis Centers Lisboa, in the People’s department. The report presents a theoretical framework aligned with the activities developed during the internship. The principal topics referred were recruitment, selection, optimization of processes and, finally, the motivation of employees. After developing this topic, I describe all tasks performed in detail.
