| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de projeto visa a elaboração de um plano de negócio de um alojamento local literário no concelho de Sintra. Através do desenvolvimento deste projeto pretende-se a criação de um alojamento local temático, ligado ao tema da literatura. A aposta nesta temática está mais evidenciada na decoração dos quartos disponíveis e no clube de leitura mensal, que dará a oportunidade, não só aos clientes de participarem, mas também a potenciais viajantes. Sendo Sintra um ponto turístico com muita evidência e potencialidade no turismo literário em Portugal, pretende-se, deste modo, estimular o setor e criar uma oferta de valor para os turistas levando a que a experiência seja valorizada pelos mesmos. O principal objetivo deste alojamento passa por oferecer uma oferta turística única e memorável, de modo a inovar o tipo de alojamento local, existente em Sintra e a nível nacional. Foi escolhido um método de afunilamento, realizando-se um enquadramento teórico para este projeto, começando nos conceitos de empreendedorismo e turismo como conceção geral e acabando nos empreendimentos hoteleiros temáticos. Neste intermédio, exploraram-se outras ideias, sendo estas o turismo cultural, turismo temático e o turismo e turista literário. No que diz respeito ao plano de negócio, começou-se por uma análise externa e interna, seguida da estrutura da empresa, do plano operacional e, por fim, do plano financeiro. Este último plano, juntamente com as conclusões, apresentará todo o culminar deste projeto, onde será possível apurar a sua viabilidade. Através da elaboração deste projeto, aferiu-se que o Sintra Tales – Literary Escapes necessitará um investimento de 531 500€, e conclui-se que o mesmo é viável económica e financeiramente, apresentando um VAL de 183 385€, uma TIR de 8,06% e um período de retorno (Payback) de, aproximadamente, 9 anos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This project work aims to develop a business plan for a literary local accommodation in the municipality of Sintra. Through the development of this project, it is intended to create a thematic local accommodation, linked to the theme of literature. The bet on this theme is more evident in the decoration of the rooms available and in the monthly reading club, which will give the opportunity not only to customers to participate, but also to potential travellers. Being Sintra a touristic point with a lot of strength and potential in tourism in Portugal, it is intended to stimulate the sector and create an offer of value for tourists, leading to the experience being valued by them. With this, the main goal of this accommodation is to offer a unique and memorable tourist offer, to innovate the existing type of local accommodation in Sintra and at a national level. A tapering method was chosen, carrying out a theoretical framework for this project, starting with the concepts of entrepreneurship and tourism as a general concept and ending with thematic hotel developments. In between, we explore other ideas, these being cultural tourism, thematic tourism and literary tourism and tourist. Regarding the business plan, we begin with an external and internal analysis, followed by the company structure, the operational plan and finally the financial plan. This last plan, together with the conclusions, will present the whole cess of this project, where it will be possible to ascertain its viability. Through the elaboration of this project, we have verified that Sintra Tales – Literary Escapes will require an investment of 531 500€, and it is concluded that it is economic and financially viable, presenting an NPV of 183 385€, an IRR of 8,06% and a Payback period of approximately 9 years. | pt_PT |
