Abstract(s)
O presente Projeto tem como título o “Sistema de Gestão em Saúde e Segurança no
Trabalho: estudo de caso sobre liderança e participação dos trabalhadores”, com vista à
conclusão do Mestrado de Segurança e Higiene no Trabalho, do Instituto Politécnico de
Setúbal.
Este projeto tem como principal objetivo analisar e descrever a implementação das
alterações necessárias na estrutura do processo de liderança, consulta e participação dos
trabalhadores, tendo em consideração atender aos requisitos da NP ISO 45001:2019 e a
Lei 102/99 (alterada pela Lei 3/2014) na organização em estudo.
O desenvolvimento do presente projeto, envolve um trabalho de pesquisa, sobre o
tema, a legislação, a organização e a sua atividade em particular, pretendendo melhorar o
seu processo de consulta e participação dos trabalhadores da organização.
This Project has as theme the "Occupational Health and Safety Management System: a case study on leadership and worker participation", in order to conclude the Master of Safety and Health at Work of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. The main objective of this project is to identify the necessary changes in the structure of the process of leadership, consultation and participation of workers, taking into consideration the requirements of NP ISO 45001:2019 and Law 102/99 (amended by Law 3/2014) of the organization under study. The development of this project involves research work on the subject, the legislation, the organization and its activity in particular, with the aim of improving its process of consultation and participation of workers in the organization.
