| dc.description.abstract | O presente Relatório Final foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e tem como finalidade descrever e analisar reflexivamente o percurso do estágio curricular decorrido em contexto de Educação Pré-Escolar, bem como apresentar uma investigação realizada durante o referido estágio e que teve como objetivo estimular aprendizagens matemáticas nas crianças a partir da realização de construções em origami. Este trabalho inicia-se com um enquadramento do estágio curricular realizado em contexto de Educação Pré-Escolar, no qual é caracterizado o contexto, abordando em particular as características das crianças, rotinas e metodologias adotadas pela Instituição, sendo também apresentada uma análise reflexiva do processo de estágio. Posteriormente, é apresentada uma investigação desenvolvida em contexto de Educação Pré-Escolar, com características de estudo de caso, de natureza qualitativa, de cariz descritivo e interpretativo. O estudo envolveu crianças com idades compreendidas entre os 3 e os 6 anos e teve como intenção promover aprendizagens matemáticas através de construções em origami, tendo como problema orientador: Que aprendizagens matemáticas podem ser desenvolvidas, por crianças em contexto de Educação Pré- Escolar, com a realização de construções em origami? Os resultados da investigação evidenciam vários conceitos matemáticos envolvidos ou desenvolvidos durante a intervenção, cuja análise realizada, de acordo com documentos de referência, permite inferir sobre a influência do origami e da orquestração da Investigadora no estímulo de noções matemáticas, de forma natural e significativa | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This Final Report was developed within the scope of the Master’s Degree in Pre- School Education and Primary Education (1st Cycle of Basic Education) and aims to describe and reflectively analyse the curricular internship carried out in a Pre-School Education context, as well as to present a study conducted during this internship, which aimed to promote children’s mathematical learning through origami constructions. This work begins with a contextualization of the curricular internship carried out in a Pre- School Education setting, in which the context is characterized, with particular attention to the children’s characteristics, routines, and the methodologies adopted by the institution. A reflective analysis of the internship process is also presented. Subsequently, a study developed in a Pre-School Education context is presented, featuring a case study approach of a qualitative nature, with descriptive and interpretative characteristics. The study involved children aged between 3 and 6 years and aimed to promote mathematical learning through origami constructions, guided by the research question: What mathematical learning can be developed by children in a Pre-School Education context through origami constructions? The results of the study highlight several mathematical concepts involved in or developed during the intervention.
