Abstract(s)
Na presente investigação propomo-nos satisfazer as condições definidas pelo Instituto Superior de Ciências Policiais e Segurança Interna para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências Policiais.
A liberdade sindical na Polícia de Segurança Pública está intimamente ligada a uma longa e destemida luta pelos activistas do sindicalismo policial. O moroso e árduo processo de conquista deste direito natural para a Polícia teve repercussões ao longo de mais de duas décadas, marcando para sempre, de forma inigualável, a PSP.
O desenvolvimento desta actividade no seio da instituição foi acompanhado pela formação de uma estrutura sindical de carácter pluralista, muitas vezes, apontada como divisionista e geradora do enfraquecimento da acção reivindicativa conjunta. Assim, importa perceber se, de que modo e até que ponto, de facto, a estrutura sindical da PSP necessita ser repensada. É neste contexto que se localiza a presente investigação, surgindo como um contributo sensibilizador que visa, em primeira linha, perceber se o actual cenário do sindicalismo nesta força de segurança é o mais adequado para a mesma, aferindo, para isso, a opinião dos seus mais directos intervenientes.
In the present investigation we propose to satisfy the conditions defined by the Superior Institute of Politian Sciences and Intern Security in order to obtain a Master degree in Politian Sciences. Syndicates liberty in the Public Security Police is intimately related to a long and fearless fight by the activists of the police syndicalism. The long and difficult process of conquering this natural Police right had repercussions over more than two decades, marking forever and unequally the PSP. The development of this activity in the core of the institution was accompanied by the formation of a syndicate structure with a pluralist character, many times pointed has something that caused divisions and the weakness of joint claiming action. So, it is important to understand if, in what way and at what point, in fact, the PSP syndicate structure needs to be thought over. It’s in this context that the present investigation is located, rising like a sensibiliser contribute that wants in first place to understand if the actual scene of syndicalism in this security force is the most adequate, finding out for that propose the opinion of its more direct intervenients
