Abstract(s)
Este projeto explora a temática gestão da dimensão afetiva na relação pedagógica, incidindo particularmente no estabelecimento e gestão da distância justa entre o educador e o educando.
Assentando num paradigma interpretativo e numa metodologia qualitativa, este trabalho inspira-se na perspetiva da investigação-ação. O estudo tem como objectivo, encontrar respostas que permitam garantir o estabelecimento da distância justa, de forma a melhorar a relação pedagógica que irei construir futuramente nos contextos profissionais.
A procura destas respostas levou à tomada de opções metodológicas de recolha e análise/interpretação da informação, onde estão incluídas as conceções das educadoras cooperantes.
Por fim são apresentadas algumas considerações globais sobre a realização deste trabalho, onde estão presentes as conclusões que dão resposta à questão problema desta investigação, bem como algumas dificuldades sentidas.
This project has as its theme management affective dimension in teaching relationship. Building on a qualitative methodology and an interpretative paradigm, this work inspired by the prospect of action inquiry, the objective through all the processes of research, finding answers that will ensure the establishment of fair distance, in order to improve the pedagogical relationship, I will build hereafter in professional contexts. The search for these answers, led to the adoption of methodological options for the collection and analysis / interpretation of information, which includes the conceptions of the cooperating teachers. Finally we present some global considerations about this work, where the conclusions that give answer to the question investigation this problem are present, as well as some experienced difficulties.
