Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo descrever as atividades desenvolvidas no estágio
curricular realizado na Embaixada de Cabo Verde, em Portugal, no âmbito da conclusão do
Mestrado em Marketing Digital da Universidade Europeia.
A primeira parte do relatório é composto pelo enquadramento teórico, que é iniciado com
uma abordagem ao conceito de Marketing, passando pelo Marketing Digital, de seguida as
redes sociais, dando um maior destaque ao Facebook, plataforma essa que tive a oportunidade
de trabalhar durante o período de estágio. Faço também uma ligeira abordagem sobre o
marketing relacional, área essa que faz parte desse relatório.
A segunda parte do presente relatório é constituída pelo enquadramento prático, ou seja,
pela apresentação da instituição, a descrição das tarefas realizadas, desafios/oportunidades e
análise crítica, e por fim algumas sugestões de melhoria que na minha opinião poderão ser
implementadas na instituição.
The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out during the internship at the Embassy of Cape Verde, Portugal, in the context of the conclusion of the Master in Digital Marketing at the European University. The first part of the report is constituted by the theoretical framework, which starts with an approach to the concept of Marketing, through Digital Marketing, then social networks, giving a greater prominence to Facebook, a platform that I had the opportunity to work during the probation. I also make a slight approach to relational marketing, which is part of this report. The second part of this report consists of the practical framework, that is, the presentation of the institution, a description of the tasks performed, challenges / opportunities and critical analysis, and finally some suggestions for improvement that, in my opinion, may be implemented in the institution.
