Abstract(s)
Este projecto tem como principal objectivo verificar a viabilidade da requalificação de
um Alojamento Local numa transformação para um Hotel Rural.
Dá-se uma primária introdução da zona e do alojamento em questão, explicando a sua
história e demonstrando os principais pontos de interesse, e segue-se numa secundária
explicação o que se pretende alterar para que se possa transformar o alojamento em
questão, demonstrando as suas limitações, o seu público alvo e definindo o conceito do
que é e no que queremos torná-lo, através de uma análise SWOT, e verificando o
retorno do investimento inicial através de um plano de negócios simplificado.
Este projecto contém em anexo as plantas verdadeiras do estabelecimento, para melhor
explicar o que se pretende alterar, e um orçamento verdadeiro para toda a
requalificação, assim como diversas imagens para melhor entendermos o que se
pretende.
Conclui-se que é bastante viável e necessária esta requalificação, na medida em que as
zonas rurais necessitam de um maior desenvolvimento e de novos conceitos, que o
Montenegro – Hotel Rural irá proporcionar.
This project aims to determine the viability of an upgrading of a local accommodation to a Rural Hotel. We give a primary introduction of the area and the accommodation, explaining its history and demonstrated its interest points, followed by a secondary explanation by explaining what we can rehabilitate to transform the allotment. We will try to demonstrate the limitations, the target audience and define the concept of the accommodation and in what we want to transform it, doing a SWOT analysis, and a simplified business plan. This project has attached the real plant location, to better explain what we want to change and a real budget for the entire redevelopment, as well as several images to better understand what is intended. We conclude that the project as viability and this reclassification is necessary, by the reason that rural areas need development and new concepts, that Montenegro – Rural Hotel will provide.
