Abstract(s)
As gasolineiras Jumbo deixaram de ter o peso que possuíam no mercado de retalhista de
combustível. As medidas implementadas pelos concorrentes, e o pouco reconhecimento pela
qualidade dos combustíveis Jumbo, causaram um impacto negativo no crescimento destes
postos de combustível. Assim sendo este projeto tem por objetivo implementar uma nova
solução em vista a atrair novos clientes. Foi realizado uma avaliação às envolventes externas e
internas, bem como a todos os serviços e produtos oferecidos atualmente pelo Jumbo, ainda
com o mesmo intuito foram também avaliados os seus concorrentes. A finalidade desta
avaliação foi a de decidir se a solução passaria por um benchmarking, um melhoramento de
um serviço atual ou a implementação de um totalmente novo.
Após encontrada a solução o processo negocial foi descrito assim como o planeamento da sua
implementação.

The measures implemented by competitors, and the lack of recognition for the quality of Jumbo fuel, have had a negative impact on the growth of these fuel stations. This project aims to implement a new solution in order to attract new customers. An evaluation was made of the external and internal environment, as well as all the services and products currently offered by Jumbo and its competitors. The purpose of this evaluation was to decide whether the solution would go through a benchmarking, an improvement of a current service or the implementation of a totally new one. After finding the solution the negotiation process was described as well as the planning of its implementation.
