Abstract(s)
O presente documento trata-se de um relatório de investigação, que
por sua vez, finaliza o meu percurso académico do Mestrado em Educação
Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Consiste num projeto
cujo cerne é a intervenção pedagógica, em contexto de estágio junto de uma
turma de 4.º ano.
Ao longo da intervenção pedagógica propus-me - através da
articulação da Educação Artística com as áreas de Estudo do Meio, Português,
Matemática e Cidadania e Desenvolvimento - investigar como poderá ser
realizado o trabalho interdisciplinar partindo das artes, assim como esta
prática poderá influenciar a compreensão dos conteúdos e o desenvolvimento
pessoal das crianças. Neste sentido, com este estudo o pretendido é perceber
de que modo as Artes poderiam promover aprendizagens interdisciplinares.
Para a realização do estudo foi necessária a mobilização de práticas de
investigação; devido às características do estudo é apresentado o paradigma
da Investigação Qualitativa, bem como as técnicas de recolha e análise de
dados utilizadas.
No final deste estudo, verificamos algumas situações em que
diferentes conteúdos disciplinares podem ser adquiridos através da
articulação entre as artes e a ciência; salienta-se inclusivamente o impacto
positivo da dinâmica interdisciplinar no contributo para aprendizagens das
crianças.
The present document is a research report that, in turn, concludes my academic journey for the Master’s degree in Preschool Education and Elementary School Teaching. It consists of a project which focuses on pedagogical intervention, in an internship context with a 4th-grade class. Throughout the pedagogical intervention I set out - through the articulation of Artistical Education with other fields of studies such as Environmental Studies, Portuguese, Mathematics, and Citizenship and Development - to investigate how interdisciplinary work can be carried out starting from the arts, as well as how this practice can influence the understanding of contents and the psychological development of children. In that sense, the intent of this study is to understand in what ways could the Arts promote interdisciplinary learning. To carry out the study, the mobilization of research practices was necessary; due to the characteristics of the study, the paradigm of Qualitative Research is presented, as well as the data collection and analysis techniques used. At the end of this study, it is concluded that disciplinary content can be successfully acquired through the articulation between the arts and science; the positive impact of interdisciplinary dynamics on contributing to children's learning is emphasized.
