As características de Portugal, nomeadamente o seu clima, localização e cultura têm
impulsionado o desenvolvimento dos setores do vinho e do turismo no país criando
condições de excelência para o desenvolvimento do enoturismo numa verdadeira
relação de simbiose.
Partindo de uma análise de temáticas como o turismo, a vinha e o vinho e o enoturismo
com especial foco em Portugal, o presente trabalho pretende lançar as bases para o
desenvolvimento de um operador turístico especializado em enoturismo no território
nacional.
Apresenta-se então um plano de negócios para uma agência de viagens especializada
em enoturismo, de seu nome VinoQuest, apresentando-se para a mesma, diversos tipos
de análise, nomeadamente as análises SWOT, PESTAL, modelo das 5 forças de Porter e
da concorrência, procurando sistematizar conhecimentos que possam vir a ser
utilizados numa iniciativa deste género.
Após a análise do contexto da VinoQuest são também apresentadas políticas a seguir,
com especial foco no plano de marketing (com especial foco na definição do produto)
e no plano financeiro.
The characteristics of Portugal, namely its climate, location and cultura, have driven the development of the wine and tourism sectors in the country, creating excelente conditions for the development of wine tourism in a truly symbolic relationship. Based on an analysis of themes such as tourism, vineyards and wine and wine tourism with a special focus on Portugal, this work aims to law the foundations for the development of a tour operator specializing in wine tourism in the national territory. A business plan is then presented for a travel agency specializing in wine tourism called Vinoquest presenting various types of analysis, namely SWOT, PESTAL, Porter’s 5 forces model and competiton analysis seeking to systematize knowledge that can be used in an initiative of this kind.
