Abstract(s)
estruturação e organização do texto, tendo sido comparadas as produções
iniciais com as finais.
Trough the scholar journey, writing tends to be seen as a product, instead of focusing on the writing process made by the student. Contrary to this perspective, and starting from a picture book and consequently a didactic sequence, this study aims to understand "in what ways can the picture book contribute to the development of narrative text writing?" The focus is placed on the learning process and skill development rather than merely the final product. As for the research methodology used, this is a qualitative and practice-based study, involving direct observation and document analysis. Content analysis was used as the data analysis technique, specifically focusing on the students' written productions. The results obtained from this project revealed that its implementation contributed to the development of narrative text writing skills among the students, particularly in terms of text structure and organization, as evidenced by a comparison of the initial and final productions.
