Abstract(s)
Este estudo, fundamentado numa abordagem metodológica mista (análise documental, grupo focal e survey com questionário validado por especialistas e pré-teste), demonstra que a eficiência da tomada de decisão na Marinha Portuguesa é sustentada por uma hierarquia de fatores: a Interação Humano-Computador (HCI) e os Sistemas de Apoio à Decisão (SAD) emergem como in uências predominantes, superando o impacto moderado da cultura organizacional. Através de análises estatísticas (Spearman, Mann- Whitney e Alfa de Cronbach > 0.8), validou-se a Teoria da Aceitação da Tecnologia (H4) e identificou-se um período crítico de 4-6 anos de serviço para perceção cultural. Estes resultados oferecem um modelo integrado para otimização de processos em contextos militares, destacando: (a) a primazia do design de HCI sobre implementações tecnológicas; (b) a necessidade de intervenções na fase crítica de socialização organizacional; e (c) a relevância de treino prévio em SAD. Paralelamente, a pesquisa consolidou competências em liderança de projetos complexos e análise crítica de sistemas socio-técnicos.
This study, grounded in a mixed-methods approach (document analysis, focus group, and survey with an expert-validated and pre-tested questionnaire), demonstrates that decision-making e ciency in the Portuguese Navy is sustained by a hierarchy of factors: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Decision Support Systems (DSS) emerge as predominant in uences, surpassing the moderate impact of organizational culture. Through statistical analyses (Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney U test, and Cronbach's α > 0.8), the Technology Acceptance Model (H4) was validated, and a critical period of 4-6 years of service for cultural perception was identified. These results offer an integrated model for process optimization in military contexts, highlighting: (a) the primacy of HCI design over technological implementations; (b) the need for interventions during the critical organizational socialization phase; and (c) the relevance of prior DSS training. Furthermore, this research consolidated competencies in leading complex projects and critically analyzing socio-technical systems
