Abstract(s)
percorrida.

The study indicates that the conditions of the route have a positive effect on the intrinsic motivation and motivation resulting from the identification with the work, and that the external motivation is influenced by the distance traveled and the time spent traveling. Indications are drawn that the bad conditions of the route have a negative effect on the affective commitment and that both affective and normative commitment are negatively influenced by the distance traveled.
