Este relatório apresenta uma análise das operações logísticas no armazém da Green
Factory Representações Lda., uma empresa portuguesa especializada na comercialização
de motociclos e peças automotivas. O principal objetivo do estudo é propor melhorias no
layout e nas práticas de segurança do armazém, visando a otimização das operações e a
criação de um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro. A problemática identificada relacionase com a organização do espaço, a eficiência dos fluxos de trabalho e a necessidade de
maior segurança nas operações diárias. A abordagem adotada foi mista, com observações
qualitativas e quantitativas. Os métodos de recolha de dados incluíram estágio no
armazém, entrevistas com os responsáveis e trabalhadores, e uma análise da disposição
atual dos produtos e dos sistemas de segurança. Através do ciclo PDCA, foram propostas
melhorias no layout, como a reorganização das áreas de circulação e armazenamento,
além de intervenções nas sinalizações e na acessibilidade aos equipamentos de segurança.
Espera-se que essas mudanças promovam uma maior eficiência nas operações logísticas
e uma diminuição dos riscos no ambiente de trabalho.
This report presents an analysis of the logistics operations in the warehouse of Green Factory Representações Lda, a Portuguese company specializing in the sale of motorcycles and automotive parts. The main objective of the study is to propose improvements to the layout and safety practices of the warehouse, with a view to optimizing operations and creating a safer working environment. The problems identified relate to the organization of space, the efficiency of workflows and the need for greater safety in daily operations. The approach adopted was mixed, with qualitative and quantitative observations. Data collection methods included internship in the warehouse, interviews with managers and workers, and an analysis of the current layout of products and safety systems. Using the PDCA cycle, improvements to the layout were proposed, such as reorganizing the circulation and storage areas, as well as interventions in signage and accessibility to safety equipment. It is hoped that these changes will lead to greater efficiency in logistics operations and a reduction in risks in the workplace.
