Abstract(s)
O objetivo deste Relatório do Projeto de Investigação é refletir e, de algum modo, contribuir para aprofundar o conhecimento sobre a construção do currículo com base na valorização do trabalho em equipa.
Neste sentido, a sua orientação metodológica insere-se numa abordagem qualitativa/interpretativa dos fenómenos educativos, que perfilha a investigação-ação.
Uma vez que o tema é transversal aos dois contextos (creche e jardim-de-infância) o trabalho empírico foi realizado durante os dois momentos de estágio,e pretende compreender e interpretar os processos das relações entre os elementos da equipa e consequentemente visa a reconstrução do currículo em equipa.
Para a realização deste trabalho foi necessário proceder à elaboração de um quadro teórico de referência onde apresento perspetivas teóricas de vários autores em torno do tema em estudo, com o intuito de compreender e aprofundar conhecimentos e perceber e para posteriormente interpretar as conceções educativas das educadoras cooperantes.
Este estudo permitiu-me refletir e desenvolver competências profissionais no âmbito do trabalho em equipa, nomeadamente sobre a construção do currículo em equipa em prol de um bom desenvolvimento global da criança.
The purpose of this Investigation Project Report is to reflect, and somehow, to contribute to deepen the knowledge about the curriculum construction based on the valorization of teamwork. In this sense, is methodological guidance is part of a qualitative / interpretive approach of educational phenomena, which embraces the investigation-action. Once the theme is transverse to both contexts the empirical work was accomplished during the two periods of probation (nursery and kindergarten) and intends to understand and interpret the relationship’s process between team members and consequently the reconstruction of the curriculum as a team. For this work was necessary to draw up a theoretical framework where the theoretical perspectives of various authors around the topic under study are presented, with the intuited to understand and deepen the knowledge, perceive and to posteriorly interpret the educational conceptions of cooperating teachers. This study allowed me to reflect and to develop teamwork professional skills, in particular on the construction of the curriculum as a team towards a good overall development of the child.
