Este relatório de estágio descreve o processo de desenvolvimento de propostas de design para um showroom e uma sala de atendimento para a empresa Intergesso e sua sub-marca Coral Atelier. O objetivo principal foi aplicar conhecimentos teóricos e técnicos adquiridos no Mestrado em Design de Produto e do Espaço à criação de espaços funcionais, imersivos e representativos da identidade da marca.
O trabalho inclui uma investigação aplicada que sustentou as decisões projetuais, especialmente no que diz respeito à curadoria das peças de gesso e à sua exposição espacial. A proposta final foi fundamentada em referências do design de interiores, da cenografia e da experiência do utilizador, resultando em soluções que reforçam o posicionamento das marcas e a experiência dos seus clientes. O relatório apresenta ainda uma análise crítica das dificuldades, soluções encontradas e aprendizados adquiridos durante o estágio.
This internship report describes the development process of design proposals for a showroom and a customer service area for the company Intergesso and its sub-brand Coral Atelier. The main objective was to apply theoretical and technical knowledge acquired during the Master’s in Product and Space Design to the creation of functional, immersive spaces that reflect the brand’s identity. The work includes applied research that supported the design decisions, particularly regarding the curation of plaster pieces and their spatial arrangement. The final proposal was grounded in references from interior design, scenography, and user experience, resulting in solutions that strengthen the brand positioning and enhance the customer experience. The report also presents a critical analysis of the challenges faced, solutions developed, and lessons learned throughout the internship.
