| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho de Investigação Individual centrou-se na análise da profissão militar, seu historial, seus diferentes modelos e as respectivas formas de os realizar. Fez uma análise do modelo que é seguido pelas Forças Armadas de Defesa de Moçambique que culminou com uma sugestão sobre o modelo ideal para as mesmas. Através de leituras e de entrevistas exploratórias, conjugadas com o método hipotético-dedutivo, começou-se por se caracterizar a profissão militar de modo geral e descreveu-se o modo como se obtém os seus efectivos, destacando-se o método de voluntariado e do contrato como o principal, uma vez que permite a redução dos efectivos, mas bem treinados, bem equipados e bem remunerados. Viu-se que este modelo exige grandes orçamentos para a Defesa. Concluiu-se nem todos os países estariam em condições de escolher o modelo já referido, havendo outras formas profissionalização, como é o caso do misto. Foi feita análise sobre o papel que é desempenhado pela ética ao nas FFAA. Quanto a este ponto, concluiu-se que ela desempenhava um importantíssimo papel na educação do espírito moral que permite o cumprimento do dever patriótico do profissional militar. Também se fez uma analise do actual modelo de profissionalização das FADM, onde se concluiu que ele misto e obedece a necessidade de preservação da unidade nacional através do serviço militar obrigatório. Mas isso também se deve a factores económicos, pois o outro modelo, é incompatível com o nível de desenvolvimento económico do país. Abstract: The present work of Individual Inquiry was centered in the analysis of the military profession, its historical, its different models and the respective forms of carrying through them. It made an analysis of the model that is followed by the Defense Armed Forces of Moçambique that culminated with a suggestion on the ideal model for the same ones. Through readings and of exploratory interviews, conjugated with the hypothetical-deductive method, it was started for if characterizing the military profession in general way and described the way as if it gets its staff, being distinguished the method of volunteering and the contract as the main one, a time that allows the reduction of the staff, but trained well, equipped well and remunerated well. One saw that this model demands great budgets for the Defense. First conclusion nor all the countries would be in conditions to choose the cited model already, having other forms of professionalization, as it is the case of the compound. Analysis on the role was made that is played by the ethics to the one in the FFAA. How much to this point, one concluded that it played one master paper in the education of the moral spirit that allows the fulfillment of the patriotic duty of the military professional. Also one became analyzes of the current model of professionalization of the FADM, where if it concluded that mixing it and it obeys the necessity of preservation of the national unit through the obligator military service. But this also if must the economic factors, therefore the other model, is incompatible with the level of economic development of the country. | pt_PT |
