Defining indicators to monitor the activities of the employees and keep them motivated with initiatives that get them committed to the organization and engaged in their work is the first step. For this reason, it is defined the Employee Commitment Gamified Framework, where it is defined a Gamification initiative and a set of indicators that can be translated into the organization’s goals. To address this, it is performed a commitment assessment through a questionnaire (before and after the Gamification initiative) and this data is used as an input for a statistical analysis, where it is performed a set of validations through T-tests, ANOVA One Way, and Post-hoc Tukey HSD. In the end, it is compared the conclusions with the organization’s goals achievement, being also related to engagement of the employees for three years.
