Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como tema: “O Programa de Alfabetização e Aceleração escolar numa escola de Luanda: Funcionamento e Resultados Académicos”.
Em torno desta temática fala-se sobre a ligação do problema da alfabetização e da história do país, sendo o objetivo geral: perceber como é que o Prograna de Alfabetização e Aceleração Escolar se organiza, funciona e quais os seus resultados numa escola primária de Luanda.
Quanto a metodologia do estudo, é natureza qualitativa, de forte cariz interpretativo e segue uma tipologia próxima do estudo de caso, a entrevista e análise de documentos foram os métodos de recolha de informações e a análise de conteúdo o método de tratamento das informações recolhidas.
Na recolha de dados, as fonte de informação dentro da escola primária em Luanda foram os professores e alunos. Foi entrevistado também o coordenador provincial do programa de alfabetização e aceleração escolar para passar uma visão geral sobre o programa. Foi também recolhidos os dados dos resultados escolares desde 2015 a 2018.
Os resultados obtidos pelas entrevistas e pela análise de documentos, monstra de uma forma geral que, o programa de alfabetização e aceleração escolar tem sido eficaz, apesar de todas as dificuldades, desde a sua aplicação a nível estratégico até as salas de aula que constitui o nível operacional.
De todos os objetivos deste programa o maior deles é proporcionar uma nova oportunidade a todos os que não puderam frequentar à escola no período certo e permitir que estes concluam com êxito o ensino primário. Segundo os resultados obtidos este objetivo está a ser cumprido de forma satisfatória.
The current work has as title “The Literacy and Acceleration Program in the primary school of the Luanda: functioning and academic outcomes” Around this theme we talk about the connection of the problem of literacy and the history of the country, being the general objective: to understand how the Program for Literacy and Acceleration is organized, works and what its results in a primary school in Luanda. As for the methodology, was chose a qualitative approach close to a case study where interviewing and documental analysis was the method used for information gathering and content analysis was the method used for processing the gathered information. In data collection, the sources of information within the primary school in Luanda were teachers and students. The provincial coordinator of the literacy and acceleration program was also interviewed to give an overview of the program. School results data were also collected from 2015 to 2018. The results obtained through the interviews and documental analysis, in general, shows that the "literacy and acceleration" program is effective, despite all the difficulties found from its application, at the strategic level, to the classrooms which constitute the operational level. From all the goals of this program the greatest is to provide a new opportunity to everyone that couldn't attend school at the right time and to enable them to successfully complete primary education. According to the results obtained this objective is being satisfactorily reached.
