Abstract(s)
Este trabalho apresenta uma melhoria de processo para a implementação de uma rota
AGV para o abastecimento de peças à linha de produção. O projeto foi desenvolvido dentro
de uma empresa de produção automóvel, ao qual temos a movimentação de peças desde o
armazém até um ponto próximo a linha de produção.
O trabalho retrata a situação atual e como o AGV pode ser implementado substituindo
os equipamentos manuais (mota de transporte) por equipamentos automáticos. O Trabalho
retrata ainda os custos atuais e os custos de implementação da nova rota de veículos
automáticos.
Para isso foi realizado um levantamento da situação atual e os custos oriundos destas
movimentações e comparado com os valores de implementação para a rota do AGV, sendo
a conclusão que seria mais vantajoso para a empresa investir na implementação do AGV visto
o custo benefício conseguido até o final do produto.
Os custos com a implementação da rota de AGV para a empresa são logo absorvidos
no primeiro ano de implementação face o valor gasto com outros recursos humanos para a
realização da mesma tarefa.
This work presents a process improvement for the implementation of an AGV route for the supply of parts to the production line. The project was developed within an automobile production company, to which we have a movement of parts from the warehouse to a point close to the production line. The work portrays the current situation and how the AGV can be implemented by replacing manual equipment (transport tow tug) with automatic equipment. The Work also portrays the current costs and the costs of implementing the new route of automatic vehicles. For this, a survey of the current situation and the costs arising from these movements was carried out and compared with the implementation values for the AGV route, being the conclusion that it would be more advantageous for the company to invest in the implementation of the AGV given the cost benefit achieved until the end of the product. The costs of implementing the AGV route for the company are soon absorbed in the first year of implementation, given the amount spent on other human resources to carry out the same task.
