| dc.description.abstract | No que concerne ao atual parque habitacional é notória a vasta degradação, do edificado. Contribuindo, desta forma, para a degradação cada vez mais evidente do nosso ambiente. Como consequência e em termos estéticos a imagem que guardamos é a de um país envelhecido e triste, pois a imagem que temos é de edifícios abandonados e degradados. A elaboração deste projeto pretende demonstrar quão importante é preservar o nosso património, nomeadamente, em edifícios com história, pois a sua reabilitação traz mais-valias culturais às cidades. A importância de reabilitar com sustentabilidade permite alcançar um futuro mais promissor às gerações futuras. Porém, a construção civil, um dos principais setores responsáveis pelos impactes negativos no planeta, conduzindo a um inequívoco estado de insustentabilidade. Assim sendo, e através da análise do estado da arte, foi estudada uma estratégia de intervenção na reabilitação sustentável para uma habitação erigida na primeira metade do séc. XIX. Verificou-se que é possível, com o mesmo investimento, ter uma solução de reabilitação mais sustentável. Foi igualmente efetuada uma análise do investimento, tendo-se verificado não existir uma diferença significativa quando se implementam soluções com sustentabilidade. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | As far as the current housing stock is concerned, the obvious degradation of the buildings is evident, contributing in this way to the increasingly evident degradation of our environment. As a consequence and in aesthetic terms the image we have is that of an old and sad country, because the image we have is of abandoned and degraded buildings. The elaboration of this project intends to demonstrate how important it is to preserve our heritage, particularly in buildings with history, since its rehabilitation brings cultural assets to the cities. The importance of rehabilitation with sustainability allows us to achieve a more promising future for future generations. Being civil construction, one of the main sectors responsible for the negative impacts on the planet, leading to an unequivocal state of unsustainability. Thus, through the analysis of the state of the art, a strategy of intervention in the sustainable rehabilitation for a housing erected in the first half of the XIX century was studied. It has been found that it is possible, with the same investment, to have a more sustainable rehabilitation solution. An analysis of operating costs was also carried out, and there was no significant difference when implementing solutions with sustainability. | pt_PT |
