| dc.description.abstract | A presente investigação trata-se de um estudo qualitativo que analisa as práticas profissionais dos Assistentes Sociais no processo de autonomização dos residentes institucionalizados sob o regime de promoção e proteção. Para tal definimos como objetivo geral, perceber a realização do trabalho profissional dos Assistentes Sociais com crianças e jovens institucionalizados que não contam com retaguarda familiar e, como este trabalho é compreendido pelos sujeitos da intervenção. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma instituição de acolhimento de crianças e jovens na região norte do país. Utilizamos uma metodologia qualitativa, recorrendo ao método indutivo em conformidade com os objetivos definidos. Todos os dados foram recolhidos através de observação participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas através de um guião previamente elaborado, onde posteriormente todas as respostas obtidas foram analisadas, por categorias, com o método, a análise do conteúdo, ficando a conhecer a realidade e a experiência dos profissionais bem como a perceção dos residentes. Após todo processo investigativo concluiu-se que a intervenção em casa residencial exige dos técnicos a capacidade reflexiva na sua prática profissional, no sentido de perceber de que cada criança/jovem acolhida é única, e que, portanto, a sua intervenção deverá ser em conformidade com as suas características, elaborando assim um plano de intervenção em conjunto com cada C/J que vá ao encontro ao seu superior interesse e, concluiu-se ainda de que os profissionais procuram desenvolver uma prática parental segura, de modo a potenciar uma referência positiva para as C/J acolhidas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research is a qualitative study that analyzes the professional practices of Social Workers in the process of autonomy of institutionalized residents under the promotion and protection regime. To this end, we defined as a general objective, to understand the performance of the professional work of Social Workers with institutionalized children and young people who do not have family support and how this work is understood by the subjects of the intervention. The research was carried out in a child and youth care institution in the northern region of the country. We use a qualitative methodology, using the inductive method in accordance with the defined objectives. All data were collected through participant observation and semi-structured interviews through a previously prepared script, where later all the answers obtained were analyzed, by categories, with the method, the content analysis, getting to know the reality and experience of the professionals as well as the perception of the residents. After the entire investigative process, it was concluded that the intervention in the residential home requires the technicians to have a reflective capacity in their professional practice, in order to realize that each child/young person is unique, and that, therefore, their intervention should be in accordance with their characteristics, thus elaborating an intervention plan together with each C/J that meets their best interest and, it was also concluded that the professionals seek to develop a safe parenting practice, in order to enhance a positive reference for the C/J welcomed. | pt_PT |
