| dc.description.abstract | Serve a presente Dissertação, intitulado nZEB, da definição à implementação em Portugal apresentar o enquadramento do tema a ser abordado e aprofundado, no desenvolvimento deste trabalho. Um edifício nZEB (nearly-zero enegy building) encontra-se definido na Diretiva 2010/31/U, Edifício de balanço energético quase nulo: “é um edifício com um desempenho energético muito elevado”, tal como exposto no Anexo ou seja, a quantidade de energia requerida de “quase zero” ou muito baixa, ainda não estando estipulado na EU esse valor requerido num edifício, a energia deve ser obtida em grande parte a partir da utilização de fontes de energia renováveis produzida no local ou nas suas proximidades. Inicialmente analisaram-se soluções, que existem no mercado, de medidas em melhoria no conforto térmico, bem como a redução dos consumos energéticos, a nível de matérias existentes já aplicáveis, como matérias futuros que possam ser aplicados nos edifícios. Numa segunda fase foram indicados os materiais que vão ser aplicados na reabilitação do edifício pela empresa que adquiriu, com uma proposta de melhoramento a nível estrutural e conforto térmico. Nesta fase também foi analisado o pré-certificado energético de cada fração. Assim no edifício em estudo foi concluído que para um melhoramento em termos térmicos, ou seja de melhorar a nível do nZEB, aplicação de outros materiais / equipamentos, como é o caso das telhas solares e de um sistema não convencional de painéis solares para as águas quentes sanitárias. Verificou-se que não existindo ainda completa definição do nZEB para o contexto Nacional não se consegue definir completamente a solução, contudo pode ser apontado o caminho. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present dissertation, titled nZEB, from the definition to the implementation in Portugal presents the framework of the topic to be approached and deepened, in the development of this work. In a second phase were indicated the materials that will be applied in the rehabilitation of the building by the company that acquired, with a proposal of structural improvement and thermal comfort. In this phase, the pre-certified energy of each fraction was also analyzed Thus in the building under study it was concluded that for a thermal improvement, ie to improve at the level of nZEB, application of other materials / equipment, as is the case of solar tiles and an unconventional system of solar panels for hot sanitary water.
